Physicians Imaging Solutions is in a position to do something we have wanted to do for a very long time, and that is to be able to work with a progressive veterinary practice interested in establishing a CT service for advanced medical imaging.  This has happened because one of our current clients will be coming off line in the Spring of 2010.  This means that we will have a fully paid for single slice, full body CT scanner that we can place, manage and operate in a veterinary practice at a low fee.  This scanner has been operating in an emergency clinic and has been doing all studies.  It has been under the manufacturer's service and is fully updated from a software standpoint.  Physicians Imaging Solutions has been in the market of supplying turn-key imaging solutions to many well known Orthopaedic, Cardiovascular and Internal Medicine practices across Ohio and Indiana, as well as smaller hospitals in these States. 

Why are we interested in the Veterinary market?  First off we are all pet owners and lovers.  I have spared no expense in taking care of my pets, including having reconstructive surgery on both knees of my dog.  I was lucky to have a physician group that already had a CT and an MRI that allowed for rapid diagnosis and surgery.  Secondly, we strongly feel that this is a time when Veterinarians are looking at ways to provide more services, offer more convenience and capture additional "passive revenue".  After all, if a CT needs done, especially at an emergency veterinary clinic, why not be able to offer it yourself? 

We have a proven track record of finding the "perfect fit" for any practice and would like to extend this opportunity to Veterinary practices now that we have a quality system at a cost that can fit into many veterinary practices.
